Faran’s “Vigor RT” uses Online Double Conversion / High Frequency UPS technology and protects equipment against mains fluctuations, sudden voltage changes, common-mode noise, phase faults, lightning and similar disturbances. With 10,000 VA capacity, this product is suitable for banks, medical centers, telecommunications, airports, IT centers, security systems, quality-control equipment and offices. Depending on battery capacity and charging time, it can provide backup power after an outage. Output voltage is selectable at 208/220/230/240 V; rated input is 208/220/230/240 V, input range is 110–300 V, output frequency is 50 or 60 Hz and input frequency range is 40–70 Hz. The front-panel display shows battery capacity, load, input/output voltage and frequency, and other values. The time required to fully charge the batteries depends on battery capacity. Operating temperature is 0–40°C and operating noise is below 50 dB. Faran Vigor RT features a wide input range, Online High Frequency UPS technology, true sine-wave output with THD below 2% at linear load, advanced battery management (ABM), automatic charging with inverter off, EMI/RFI filters, advanced PFC and network-based UPS monitoring. The unit also includes a DSP processor with ECO Mode and Cold Start. Also, This UPS has no internal battery and requires 16–20 external battery cells.
